Video Impact was originally founded in March of 2000. Since that time we have expanded our business extensively, with much of the growth coming directly as a result of customer requirements.

'Initially our business plans and ideas were completely different to what we have today. Back then we believed we actually knew what our customers wanted. But over time, as we listened to them, it became clear that they knew far better than we did about what they really wanted, and so our business evolved in response to their wishes.'  - Keiron Gray, Director

Even though Video Impact now have a thriving operation, it still continues to listen to its customers! This website is a prime example of that ethos. Customers wanted something simple and uncomplicated, so that's what we created.

Video Impacts aim is for all of it's customers to be able to find and recieve exactly what they require, easily and without fuss and enjoy the experience at the same time. It's a formula that works for everyone….!
